*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*
Orders placed between November 1st to December 31st, 2021, will have until January 31st, 2022 to exchange, return, or receive store credit for the order.
Refund: Once your return package is verified by FedEx, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return.
Store Credit: Once your return package is verified by FedEx, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours.
Exchanges: We will exchange your item for a different size or color, but both items must have the same value. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, or is a greater value than the original item, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.
*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*
