HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Want to get a head start on your holiday shopping?

We got you!

Orders placed between October 14^th-December 31^st, will have until January 31^st, 2023 to return for refund, exchange, or store credit.

FXD Workwear will happily exchange or refund your item up until January 31, 2023, when purchased between October 14th - December 31st, 2022, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED). 

*Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.

Refund: Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS (depending on what label was created for you), please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return.

Store Credit: Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours. 

Exchanges: We will exchange your item for a different size or color, but both items must have the same value. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, or is a greater value than the original item, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS/USPS.*

We only process returns and exchanges through the portal linked above.

FXD Workwear does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside the return portal.
